New legislation requires all class of 2030 and beyond to have an EKG completed in order to participate in sports. If an incoming freshmen has had one in the past 2 years, that will suffice if they submit the necessary paperwork, the EL01. EKG Screening paperwork will be uploaded into HomeCampus along with physicals and certificates.

The Athletic Clearance website is up and running for families to submit athletic Paperwork for the 2024-2025 school year.  Instructions are below if you need them.  Visit www.athleticclearance.com to register.  You must do this each school year. You will need a copy of a completed physical, student ID#, and Insurance information to complete clearance. You will also upload completion certificates for the following courses; Concussion for Students, Heat Illness, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest from NFHS Learn
